This privacy policy describes how Ordenda handles data. It is an MVP working draft and will be reviewed before public release.

Principle
Ordenda is designed as a local-first app. Areas, projects, tasks, notes, reminders and future documents are processed locally first. Cloud processing only happens when account and sync features are enabled and technically available.
Local Data
Ordenda may store the following data locally:
- Areas, projects, tasks, notes, reminders and folder structures
- Metadata such as status, due dates, reminder times, sorting and modification dates
- App settings such as language, appearance and Privacy Lock
These local data remain on the device unless sync is enabled.
Account and Sync
Ordenda uses Supabase for account and sync features. Depending on the enabled functionality, the following data may be processed:
- Email address or Apple Sign-In identifier
- User ID and session information
- Content and metadata required for cloud sync and backup
Passwords are not stored in Ordenda. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth or Apple Sign-In.
Diagnostics and Product Analytics
Ordenda may use Sentry for technical errors and crashes to improve app stability and quality. Free-text content from notes, tasks or projects should not be intentionally sent as diagnostic content.
An optional analytics layer is planned for later. If enabled, it should process product events such as app launches, used sections or feature usage, but not note or task content.
Payments
If paid features such as cloud sync are offered, digital purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment data is processed by Apple and is not stored directly by Ordenda.
Privacy Lock
Ordenda offers an optional Privacy Lock using Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. Privacy Lock protects the app interface on the device, but does not replace full device or storage encryption.
Deletion
Local data can be removed by deleting the app. For cloud data, a deletion feature or support process will be provided once sync is enabled for production use.

This website
This static website is intended to be published through GitHub Pages. GitHub processes technical data when you visit, including your IP address; GitHub specifically identifies service security as a purpose of IP logging. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.
The website does not embed analytics or advertising scripts. It uses your system fonts. Your light or dark appearance preference is saved only in local browser storage under ordenda-site-theme. You can remove this preference by clearing the website data.
Contact by email
When you email us, we process your email address and message to handle your request. The email link opens your own email app; this website does not collect form submissions. Contact: office@xvision.solutions.
